On this week's show, host Luis Cruz started off the show with temporary co-host Matt Boone (filling in for regular co-host Seth Petruzelli of The Ultimate Fighter 2) running down what's scheduled for this show.

Our guest this week is in the co main-event of the next UFC Fight Night live on Spike TV on January 25th, Dean Lister! Dean joined the show to discuss his recent training with Randy Couture and his thoughts on Couture coming out of retirement, his training and thoughts of his upcoming fight on 1/25 against Nathan Marquardt, his new UFC contract and whether or not he is guaranteed a title shot on the deal, as well as going through the Word Association and Get2Know features.

After that the hosts ran down their thoughts of the UFC 66 "Liddell vs. Ortiz 2" event from December 30th and ran down a little bit of the latest key MMA news stories.
